We arranged a four month quick loan to enable the property in Portugal to be purchased and allow their house to be sold under no pressure and with no rigid time scales.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY:
ABC Limited owned a substantial freehold building in Edinburgh (yes we do lend in Scotland!!!) valued in excess of £500,000. AUCTION PURCHASES:

The borrower had built up substantial arrears with his mortgage company and they were seeking to repossess his property. We cleared his building society arrears which allowed the borrower to market his property and realise the true value of his house without being
